Blue Nautical Hub Brasil has a brand new website live at bluenauticalhubbrasil.com, and with it comes the invitation to the country's biggest gathering of the Blue Economy. From 26 to 30 April 2027, Florianópolis, in Santa Catarina, will host five days bringing together industry, trade, services, tourism, technology and innovation around the sea.

A hub of connections

The name says it all: hub. The event was born to connect those who build the Blue Economy. In a single territory and a single week, decision-makers, technical buyers, suppliers, distributors, startups and international delegations meet to exchange experiences, present solutions and close deals. It is the meeting point of the Blue Economy in Brazil, designed to generate real relationships and concrete opportunities.

A professional trade fair, not a boat show

Blue Nautical Hub Brasil 2027 is a professional B2B fair of technology, products, inputs and services for the naval, fishing, nautical and defense sectors. The focus is on what makes the chain run: engines and propulsion, electronics and automation, accessories and components, solutions for marinas and shipyards, sustainability and innovation. Here technology and business are on display, not boats. It is the right audience, not a big crowd: qualified accreditation from start to finish, bringing together those who decide, buy and specify.

What the five days look like

The program was designed so that, in a single trip, professionals can see the entire sector.

26 and 27 April: technical visits to reference shipyards, marinas and nautical facilities, with limited places.

28 April: official opening of Blue Nautical Hub Brasil, with the fair open to accredited companies and buyers.

29 April: fair open and the IV International Blue Economy Symposium, with talks and panels.

30 April: fair open and the International B2B Meeting, with qualified business rounds between buyers and suppliers.

What the 2026 edition already delivered

The ambition for 2027 rests on concrete results. Between 26 April and 1 May 2026, there were five events in a single week in Santa Catarina, including technical visits, the III International Blue Economy Symposium, the B2B Business Meeting aboard a catamaran, the meeting with the Parliamentary Front for the Blue Economy and the program of the Cofradía Europea de la Vela. The numbers speak for themselves: 70 companies at the B2B Business Meeting, 171 meetings held in just 6 hours, more than R$ 20 million in business generated so far, 11 technical visits and more than 400 companies involved.

The market behind the Hub

Santa Catarina is today Brazil's leading nautical production base, and it is this market that underpins a large-scale sector fair. There are around 240,000 formal workers in the Blue Economy, more than 23,000 active establishments and a monthly payroll of about R$ 1.158 billion. In the most recent period alone, there were 6,000 new formal jobs, equivalent to 13% of the state's balance, and 45% of the sector's jobs are in industry. The data are from the Santa Catarina State Planning Secretariat, presented at the III International Blue Economy Symposium.

Interested companies can already register

The new website brings everything together in one place. Those who want to exhibit can register their interest and talk to the organization ahead of everyone else, since stand sales and sponsorship packages open soon. Those who want to visit can also sign up to receive the program, the notice of stand sales opening and the calls for startups. It is worth signing up early: technical visits have limited places and the business agenda is built in advance.

"The Hub was born to connect those who build the Blue Economy," says Leandro Mané Ferrari, president of Blue Nautical Hub Brasil. More than an event, Blue Nautical Hub Brasil 2027 aims to be the sector's annual meeting point in the South Atlantic, the place where Brazil's Blue Economy shows its strength, does business and connects with the world.
